This project situated prominently on 12th Avenue South in one of Nashville’s most active and eclectic neighborhoods features 90 apartments, 10,000 SF of retail, and a 100-space subterranean garage.  A partnership between Southeast Venture and H.G. Hill Realty Co., this project received an Excellence in Development Award.  Southeast Venture provided development and design services on this project. In addition, Southeast Venture provided brokerage services for the leasing of the retail portion of this project.
